Don't try to organize the entire day immediately.
Choose one predictable part of the day.

The authors also noted limitations in the available evidence and emphasized the need for more rigorous research.
That distinction is important.
Technology isn't automatically better because it's digital.
And it shouldn't replace parents, caregivers, educators, therapists, or other forms of support.
Instead, technology can become another tool available to the individual and the people supporting them.
